I found an unbelievable photo from 
Burtn that I couldn't resist trying out one of the filters I'm working on. Besides a lot of local contrast I'm relying on a lot of Matrix Sharpen along with some shock smoothing. I highly recommend you visit Burtn he has a fantastic stock gallery. Here's the original image I used.
